"Just a note to say a very big thank you for the care Flexicare has given mum over the last few years. The excellent care given and compassion shown has enabled mum to stay as long as possible in her own home. All of her carers became her friends over the years and she enjoyed visits and chats. I know that caring for her became more difficult over the last few weeks but everyone rose to the challenge! I am grateful for the carers' hard work and felt they became my friends as well. I am also very grateful for the support I received from all of the Flexicare staff- Amanda and of course you Ann.During times of crisis you were always there-supporting me at the end of a phone-I could rely on you always to put mum first-stay overnight when necessary.
